There are two cameras used to take these photos. The first was an Olympus C-3030 3.3 megapixel P&S camera purchased in May, 2001. It was retired in September, 2007 due to age, lack of support for media, and some erratic behavior from the CCD camera. It served us well for 6 years. We replaced it with a Canon Powershot SD850IS 8 megapixel P&S. We decided to replace the Olympus with a smaller camera that was easier for us to tote along on fishing trips, day trips, and trips back to the family. The SD850IS has proven to be an excellent camera with no loss in performance (actually better) from the Olympus C-3030.
